F&B Manager
Requirements:
Male or Female max 40 years old
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position offer
Having capability to create marketing plan & strategy and strong market orientation
Initiative, high sense of responsibility, strong leadership skills and positive attitude
Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is an extra advantage) both written and oral
Strong computer literacy and presentation skills
Able to work in flexible hour & able to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in various cuisines will be an advantage.
